March 31, 2025, is a regular holiday in the Philippines for Eid al-Fitr.
Eid al-Fitr is an important Islamic festival that marks the end of Ramadan, the month of fasting. In the Philippines, it is recognized as a public holiday.
However, this year, the date was changed to April 1.
So, after having breakfast, I took a jeepney to Compostela. I looked around here and there, then took another jeepney to Danao QuinDao, where I had grilled fish. The smell of grilled fish filled the whole neighborhood, making it look delicious. However, the fish was a bit hard, possibly because it had been grilled for some time, so it did not meet my expectations.
On my way back, I stopped by Liloan Elementary School. The school had multiple buildings and a large playground, possibly because it had many students.
I spent the holiday meaningfully, visiting different places
