After the course has started, to request a refund, students must consult with their assigned manager and submit a written refund application. Upon receiving the refund request, CIJ will consult with the student and notify the responsible agency. The refund process will be handled through the agency. All refunds will be finalized by the agency within 40 days from the student’s official withdrawal from the language school. CIJ will inform the agency of the consultation results with the student, and the agency will take full responsibility for the refund process. Refunds for tuition fees after departure will be based on the course interruption date and the policy below. The refund period will be calculated in 4-week increments from the remaining course period at the time of refund. Any remaining period less than 4 weeks is not refundable. No refunds will be given upon dismissal from the school under any circumstances.

Before departure

  • Cancellation before departure must be requested in writing prior to the course commencement, and the enrollment fee is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel at least 21 days prior to the departure date (counting the departure day), you can receive a refund for tuition and accommodation fees, excluding the enrollment fee.
  • If you cancel between 7 and 21 days before the departure date (counting the departure day), you can receive a refund minus the accommodation fees for 2 weeks.
  • If you cancel within 7 days before the departure date (counting the departure day), you can receive a refund minus 4 weeks of accommodation fees and 1 week of tuition fees.

    ※However, in cases where cancellation is unavoidable due to illness of the student or a direct family member, 50% of the remaining tuition and accommodation fees for each 4-week period will be refunded regardless of the notice timing (a medical certificate or proof must be submitted).

Course change

  • 수업 코스 변경은 4주 이상의 잔여 기간이 남아 있어야만 신청할 수 있으며, 코스 변경으로 인한 차액은 환불이 되지 않습니다.

다음과 같은 경우 환불이 되지 않습니다.

  • 4주 이하 등록학생의 경우 환불이 되지 않습니다.
  • 코스개강 이후에 도착하거나 결석으로 듣지 못한 수업 시간에 대해서는 환불 및 보충수업이 없습니다.
  • ARP(Alien Registration Program): 외국인 등록 프로그램으로 이민국에 방문해야 하는 경우에 듣지 못한 수업 시간에 대해서는 환불 및 보충수업이 없습니다.
  • 공정한 유학시장 형성을 위해 유학원을 통한 학비할인 또는 이에 상응하는 혜택 등을 엄격히 제한하고 있습니다. 어학연수 중 이런 사실이 발각될 시에는 어떠한 환불금액 없이 퇴교 조치됨을 알려드립니다.

기타 환불규정

  • 연수기간 중 천재지변과 감염병 및 전염병, 정부의 명령, 공공단체의 명령, 전란, 정변 또는 필리핀 현지자체사정(폭동이나 테러 등 비상사태에 준하는 경우)등 CIJ의 통제 밖의 사유나 불가항력적인 이유로 인해 연수가 중단 될 경우 잔여 연수 비용 환불이 되지않습니다

퇴실 규정

  • 퇴실의 경우 등록 마감일 12:00까지 방을 비우셔야 하며, 학생은 오피스에 사전동의 없이 임의로 Overstay할 수 없습니다.
    단, 아주 특별한 경우(기상으로 인한 비행기취소 등) 2인실 기준으로 Overstay 하루 숙박료(식사포함)로 1,500페소가 부과되며, 오피스의 사전동의를 얻은 손님들의 방문도 이와 동일시 합니다.
    1인실은 2,000페소, 2인실은 1,500페소, 3,4인실은 1,200페소가 부가 됩니다

  • 프리미엄 캠퍼스의 경우 입실 하실 때 받은 메인도어 카드키와 룸키는 퇴실 시 받드시 반납하여야 하며, 금요일 또는 토요일 보증금 정산 시 키 보증금 1,000페소를 제하고 정산을 받게 됩니다. 키 보증금 1,000페소는 퇴실 시 키를 반납할 때 돌려 받으실 수 있습니다 (메인도어 카드키 분실시 500페소, 룸키 분실시 2,500페소 요금이 붙습니다.)
